Really fast response time Before and during the buying process.
Hasn't answered my e-mails after I bought and picked up the car. He was supposed to send me service documents and the complete specification but hasn't responded to my e-mail since I picked up the car two months ago.

Very clear and easy to discuss with. Strong connection to McLaren Hamburg a positive. Helping attitude in registration process,and afterward (see below).
Somewhat disorganized administratively. Failiure to deliver part of documentation on site resulted in delay of registration in new home country.
