Die schnelle Antwort sowohl per Email als auch per Telefon. Die Freundlichkeit des kompletten Teams sowie die Kompetenz und Hilfsbereitschaft. So wurde z.B. angeboten, dass man mich per Taxi vom Bahnhof abholt, da ich ohne eigenes Auto anreisen musste. Der Service war ebenfalls in jeder Hinsicht perfekt. Ich kann das Autohaus Metzger bedingungslos weiterempfehlen. Immer wieder gerne.
Konstruktive Kritik ist immer hilfreich, jedoch gab es erfreulicherweise keinen Anlass etwas zu beanstanden. Uns hat das Gesamtpaket sehr gut gefallen.
