Providing detailed information about the car
Sold the car to somebody else despite the fact that I called them and clearly stated that will buy the car. Before to call them we had intensive email communication regarding the car. Phone call was made on Friday at 2:00 PM and they expect in the next three hours by 5:00 PM-the end of the business day to have a contract and money transfer. Excuse me WWG but if a potential customer give you call saying that is buying a car and start the buying process that means that this person is first and everybody else should be informed about that. This is the good business practice and respectful behaviour to your customers. And instead of stating that you always strive to improve your service just let your manager answer my email to see what is his opinion about all this mess.
