Very unprofessional! Staff hardly speak english and are customer unfriendly. Do not keep appointments! I would never buy a car from this company.

Nichts gut.

[...] he lied about everything said. They told the car is without a damage and ready for use. The car had serious damage and is not possible to drive, need new BCU computer (costs 800eur plus technician working hour). They also told me that the car was from a family but it was from a auto school and had interior plastic damage and also a lot of scratch outside of the car. When I called them and asked for explanation they laughed and told that i can try to press charges and blocked the call. I will see with my Lawyer to press charges and also first business trip to Germany give them a visit to see if they will still laugh. Never buy from this auto house, I am sure nobody from Croatia ever will again

Zustand des Fahrzeug entsprach nicht der Beschreibung( auch auf Nachfrage am Telefon nicht ) , ein Unfallschaden wurde verschwiegen. Eine 200 km Anfahrt war für mich völlig sinnlos !!!!

Ich bin sehr unzufrieden mit der Arbeit mit Ihnen. Ich habe am Samstag gefragt, ob das Auto zum Verkauf steht und Sie haben ja gesagt, wir haben die Frist am 05.02.2020 festgelegt und niemand hat mich angerufen und gewarnt, dass das Auto verkauft wurde, und ich bin bereits 200 km auf dem Weg zu Ihnen gefahren. Meiner Meinung nach ist es besser, nicht mit solchen Verkäufern zusammenzuarbeiten.

Das Auto hat nicht ganz dem Inserat entsprochen. Kleine Ausstattungsmerkmale waren nicht vorhanden z.B. Alarmanlage. Auf kleine nicht im Inserat erwähnte Mackel gab es kein Verhandlungsspielraum
