Argumenation zum Verkaufspreis / Nichtverhandlungsfähigkeit basiert auf Listenneupreis. Jeder Weiss, dass der quasi nicht gezahlt wurde und zu dem weiss jeder, welchen Wertverlust ein KFZ im ersten Jahr erfährt. Damit schneidet sich der Verkauf ins eigene Bein.
