Maserati Ghibli Diesel

There are few brands that carry more prestige than Maserati. And for good reason. With its roots in motorsport and sports cars, the company has always stayed relevant by implementing a good dose of Italian craftsmanship and elegance into its products. With its focus on building luxury cars with a sporty undertone, it already started to offer "ordinary" sedans in the early 60s. The now well-known name Quattroporte was already used back then and simply meant...four doors. Suitable. The model continued for decades before going out of production in its sixth generation in 2023. However, in 2013 another sedan was introduced to the model range. The name was lifted from the history of darkness but here in a new guise. Ghibli. The Ghibli, which shared design language with its big brother, offered the same driving pleasure and style but in a smaller format.

This example is dated 2014 and was sold new here in Sweden. The exterior strikes a fine balance between sober elegance and handsome sporty lines with a fairly good undertone of sportiness. The C-pillar proudly bears the Maserati emblem. Open the door and you're greeted by an all-black leather interior that far exceeds what is expected in the segment.
