For many years, the Porsche 911 in the 996 generation has been somewhat maligned, as it is the only 911 generation that does not have round headlights.
However, interest is now returning, not least due to the significant increase in value of the other generations, as well as the fact that you get a really great 911 for the money in a 996.
It will end up becoming exactly as legendary as the others, because it is the first generation, which is water-cooled.
