Porsche 928 S / 94650km

There is no doubt that the 70s and 80s gave us wonderful cars. One of the absolute best and which today acts as a time stamp is clearly the Porsche 928. This 4-seater super GT was unprecedented when it was launched and perhaps still is today. The car was at the technological forefront and had performance that could back up the tough appearance. Perhaps it is precisely the appearance that makes the car such a style icon. Pop-up lights (also perhaps the coolest ones ever made), arched glass sections around the airy cabin, light ramp at the back. There's a lot to love here.

Perhaps most endearing is what's under the hood... 4.7L V8. A properly sized stove which in this version pumps out 310hp to the rear wheels. A power package that is well suited when you want to travel long distances at high speed. The interior is characterized by black leather throughout. The center console, which runs like a waterfall between the sports seats, is lined with seams and houses both AC and radio. Maybe no CarPlay, but there is so much else here that entertains. The instrument housing is simple and contemporary. It's clear that Porsche really focused on passenger comfort with the 928. Small details that speak for this are present throughout, but our favorite has to be the fact that you find sun protection in the roof for the rear passengers. A wonderful detail that we know is not found in so many other cars.

This example with a scant 94650km indicated. A mileage that is confirmed by the car's condition and history as well as the documentation. Original paintwork in classic Grand Prix white is combined here with the classic 'Flat Disc' rims for a symphony of the 80s that is unparalleled.
