VW Karmann Ghia 1600 1971 Totally completed restoration/build-up with picture documentation. This beautiful and smooth-running result must be seen. The look is top notch and very different from a standard Karmann Ghia. The paintwork/colour is completely special and matches the model incredibly well with the beige upholstery. The car has been completely damaged The engine is a newly built 1600 ccm with 2 carburettors built by the well-known VW builder MWL Lunderskov Denmark, the gear class is from a VW hunting vehicle with long first gear. MWL has also collected the car and painted it. The interior is also reupholstered in the same style. The car is slightly lowered and this particular lowering suits the model incredibly well and gives it a very special look. The newly built 1600 engine and the long first gear make the pull-up experience significantly quicker than the original engine.
