Condition of the bus was as described in advertisement, very fast delivery to the port in Hamburg and prompt shipment to Sierra Leone, would deal with him definitely again

Had difficulties to add one tyre in the bus as replacement for worn out tyre (was rejected by Grimaldi Ship to add extra load), therefore the seller should have changed the tyre before delivery to the port in Hamburg. There was an issue with the VIN on the bill of lading (1 letter was typed wrong) which was due to fault from the shipment agent. I wished that the response was a bit quicker but at the end the extra cost was paid by the shipment agent. It was not the fault of the seller but through him the money was paid and he should have pushed the shipment agent more to act quicker.

Netter, entgegenkommender Verkäufer. Sehr gesprächig. Besichtigung kurzfristig arrangiert. Gute Kommunikation. Das Angebot war ok, der Bus war uns letztlich etwas zu lang, was man dem Verkäufer nicht zu last legen kann.

Hätte HU auf eigene Kosten machen müssen, daher war auch keine Probefahrt einfach möglich. Die Aussage "Kein Rost" ist eine sehr optimistische Einschätzung. "Kaum" trifft es besser.
