Von Beratung über Betreuung und Kommunikation soweit alles bestens! Ich habe mich stets gut aufgehoben gefühlt.
Ein kleiner Stern Abzug, da leider nicht alle Abmachungen eingehalten wurde, welche jetzt aber nachgebessert werden. Dennoch ist das etwas ärgerlich da man es extra schriftlich festgehalten hatte.
