Response time was short. I got a lot of useful information talking on the phone.
During the first phone call, I was told I would receive a video of the car, however I did not receive it and was not contacted by phone call or message. Not sure what happened.
Very friendly experience and the dealership is a first rate shop. I'm confident that my car is well maintained.
Travel time from where I live to the dealership was long (but worth it).
