The dealer answered faster.
The dealer refused to sell the truck without VAT despite I said it’s for exportation. I proposed to send the truck directly to the Hamburg seaport and the Manager of overseas freight in Hamburg call him to ensure that the truck will delivered in Africa. But the dealer refused to sell without VAT and I stopped discussion as I can’t buy with VAT for exportation.
