The first response time was ok. But then.......
There was a mistake in the offer. They double charged some options. After making attention on that, they make a new offer. Same price as before!? So they use two internal car offers for the same car, witch may normally not be possible unless..... After trying to call them and several mails, they didn't call back or answered the mails. I'm going to make a full file of it and I'm intended to give it to Land Rover international. But after this way of working of an official Land Rover distributor, I have no intention at all to buy a Land Rover.

I sent 2 offers to the dealer, they stopped answering me and eventually when the vehicle was sold the dealer sent an email mocking me.

Die E-Mail Anfrage wurde schnell ,ausführlich und freundlich beantwortet. Das Fahrzeug hat sehr gepflegt und seriös gewirkt.
Das Fahrzeug ist schon länger inserert und ich hatte ernsthaft Interesse ,da eigentlich alles passte. Leider wurde meine Anfrage auf die Möglichkeit einer Garantie damit beantwortet ,daß man das gerade recherchiert,obwohl das meiner Meinung mit Inseratseinstellung klar sein müsste und ich denke auch ist.Eine Rückmeldung bekam ich leider nie, worauf ich schliesse dass das Fahrzeug ohne Garantie verkauft werden soll. Ich finde das kann man auch offen sagen und in das Inserat schreiben. Somit kann man potenzielle Käufer rausfiltern die darauf keinen Wert legen.

Sehr empfählenswer. Beratung war super. Der Wagen wurde sehr gut aufbereitet und neuen Service unterzogen. Alles wie besprochen auch in die Tat umgesetzt. Bin sehr zufrieden mit dem Kauf, gerne wieder.

Die schnelle Antwort und Zuvorkommenheit per Mail.
Leider hat der Händler seinen Sitz ca. 3,5 Std. von unserem Wohnort entfernt. Aus diesem Grund kam ein Kauf unsererseits nicht in Frage.
