There was some lag on email replies sometimes. In my opinion, as a private buyer (even on a second-hand deal) which invested a lot of emotions in the car acquisition process, a quicker reply or confirmation answer would improve the overall customer experience. But while on site, I could not wish for more. Thank you guys!
