Herr Kendziorra ist sehr nett und kundenorientiert. Ich habe mich nach der Probefahrt mit dem Audi für ein Cabrio einer anderen Marke entschieden und bekam trotzdem noch einen Kaffee. Man sieht sich immer zweimal im Leben :-).

The dealer is Mr. Mosconi. I find him nice, polite and professional. Also, I liked it that the car was prepared and is ready to drive for both confirmed appointments namely (1) during test drive and (2) car collection.
Slow or even non response to very specific questions. For example, I asked if the car is certified as Euro 5 for emission since it is advertised as Euro 1 (which was later confirmed as a typo error). This info was only clarified during may visit for a test drive. To be fair, the dealer speaks Deutsch and only a little bit of English. I emailed, phone and talked with him mainly in English.
