Due to COVID restrictions, I purchased the car without seeing it/doing the test drive. Since I rarely change my car, it was a big deal and I needed to be confident in the car and the dealer. Marco Siers responded to my every message (e-mail and Whatsapp) within a couple of hours. Based on my kind request, he shared additional photos and information relating to the vehicle. His responses were friendly, precise, professional and reassuring. He accommodated my last-minute request for preparation of the export documentation and managed to perform it faster than initially agreed. He also shared a video of the car being loaded onto a truck by my transport company. While the car is still in transit and I am waiting to see the vehicle for myself, I would agree with other reviews and recommend Siers Automobile to all potential buyers.
