Leider enttäuschender Service. Meine Fragen zu Fahrzeugzustand, Garantie und Versand wurden nur oberflächlich beantwortet. Keine detaillierten Infos zur Ausstattung, keine Versandkosten genannt – stattdessen musste ich selbst weitere Details liefern. Kundenservice war kühl und unpersönlich. Von einem Händler für Luxusfahrzeuge erwarte ich mehr Transparenz und bessere Beratung. Wer umfassende Infos und professionellen Support sucht, sollte sich woanders umsehen.
