The car felt pretty good after a test drive after we "serviced" it. Too bad the dealer is so unprofessional at its business.

Bad customer service and lack of professionalism all the way. The sales representative Alex Ehrlich responded slowly to my questions and had an attitude that could be best described as between arrogant and neutral. Communication was difficult. I had to ask the dealer repeatedly for updates on how the paper work and other tasks related to buying the car were progressing. No proactivity from the direction of the dealer. When we had the scheduled test drive (I travelled from Finland to buy the car) the car was not washed, tires were out of pressure and the brakes were rusty after a long period of no use. There were no documents for the conversion, repair and paint job performed apparently by the sales representative's brother. This was not reported on mobile.de website. I did not buy the car as I cannot register a car in my country (Finland) if there are no documents on how the repairs were done. The dealer does not return deposits for the cars, be warned!

Schon Verkauft. (3 Wochen Später wird die Wagen immer noch angeboten).

Waren offen und ehrlich, Haben sich viel Zeit genommen... Nette Mitarbeiter....TOP AUTO.. Ich bereue den Kauf in keinem Fall..

Es hat etwas zum Cabrio gefehlt, was aber nun nachbestellt wurde und darum bin ich sehr zufrieden... Die Autobatterie ist leider defekt gewesen und musste daher ausgetauscht werden, aber der Händler übernimmt die Rechnung. TOP.. SUPER SERVICE..

Der Händler hat sich binnen kürzester Zeit gemeldet & mir erforderliche Informationen sowie weitere Fahrzeugbilder zur Verfügung gestellt. Der Termin vor Ort sowie die Probefahrt verliefen ebenfalls einwandfrei. Das Fahrzeug wurde nicht gekauft, da es mir persönlich einfach zu klein ist und ich doch zu einem 5-er xDrive tendiere.

The dealer was selling a repaired car. I asked twice for pictures from before the repair which the claimed to have, but I never received any.

Der Händler hat ehrlich geantwortet

Die Anzeige gibt nicht hervor das es ein USA import mit einem hohen behobenen Unfallschaden ist.

Habe mir den 440 angeschaut , ein sehr schönes Auto der Händler war von Anfang an offen und ehrlich und sehr kompetent. Das Fahrzeug hatte einen Unfall und der Händler hat alles offen und ehrlich da gelegt wo was gewesen ist und was ausgetauscht wurde. Das einzige was wirklich negativ ist das wir uns nicht mit Preis einig geworden sind ansonsten alles top . Dieser Händler ist empfehlenswert .
