Der Händler hat zeitnah auf meine Anfrage reagiert. Schade das das Fahrzeug nicht "noch" in einer anderen Farbe verfügbar war. Man muss anerkennen, das andere Fahrzeuge zum Ausgleich angeboten wurden. Leider waren das Gebrauchte die nicht meinen Vorstellungen entsprachen. Außerdem suchte ich nach Neuwagen. Mr.Niklas Klein was extremely uninterested and not helpful in the process of buying a car.Did not responde to emails,I had to call several times and still no answer,he refused to give me the basic informations about the vehicle. I was prepared to take a flight and come to pick up a car,but I was very taken aback by the lack of assistance from the dealer,it seamed that it would be a very complicated process. Definitely wrong person for the job

I greatly appreciated the helpfulness, support, and always accurate, detailed, and timely responses of the sales person who followed us Robert Subasic.Even during the course of the negotiation he fell ill but immediately had his colleague Mr. Klein follow up with us who was very helpful. My husband found the car, on his return, simply perfect, spotlessly clean and sanitized. Overjoyed to have purchased a car from this dealer. I highly recommend him!
