This dealer has shown a very improper attitude towards me. I wanted to buy the vehicle in question, having made my wish clear over the phone. A friend of mine also called them in german language just in case to tell them to keep the car for me and to explain that we have a serious intention to buy. They sent me a formal offer by e-mail and asked me for a buyer's document. After I sent them a copy of the ID card I didn't hear back from the dealer for a few days and about a week later I saw on your site that the ad disappeared. My friend called them again and they told her the car was sold. This is not a serious customer service. I am very disappointed with this dealer.
