there's nothing to like about this dealer
The car this dealer sells is broken. The outside look is great but the engine has a lot of problems. When we first tried to start the engine it only run for 10 seconds while the lights were all red and the whole car was trembling.Then the engine died. The only explanation we received was that the car had no gas!! That was a big lie! We bought another car but the dealer representatives have no respect for customers. They treated us as if they were doing us a favor, like they were giving us something for free and not as a business should treat its customers: with professionalism, respect and correctness! Overall, a bad experience! I don't recommend Auto Volkl GmbH if you are the final buyer and you are looking for a safe car for your family!
