Der freundliche Umgang, die lockere Atmosphäre und die zwanglosen Gespräche. Der Service der geboten wurde wie z.B. das Ab- und anmelden vom alten zum neuen Fahrzeug sowie die kleine Aufbereitung des Fahrzeugs. Nötige Reparaturen und ein neuer TÜV am gekauften Auto waren überhaupt keine Diskussion.
