Es war alles sehr ordentlich. Man wurde erstmal freundlich empfangen. Der Händler war kompetent und freundlich. Die Verkäufer schienen kompetent, freundlich und waren bemüht.
Unfreundliches und Zickes Emfangspersonal, welches einem jedes Wort im Mund umgedreht und zudem gelogen hat. Dadurch wurde für uns der Gesamteindruck des Autohauses ins negative gezogen. Desweiteren war kein Entgegenkommen, schlechter Informationsfluss zwischen dem Personal. Von einem BMW Autohaus hätten wir mehr erwartet oder wenigstens einen Kaffee.
