Absprachen wurden nicht eingehalten. Das reservierte Auto wurde am gleichen Tag ohne Rückfrage verkauft, obwohl wir uns bereits um den Transport sowie Urlaub zur Abholung gekümmert hatten. Sehr enttäuschend. Händler hat sich dann lediglich rausgeredet. Ohne Entschuldigung. So behandelt man keinen Kunden auf Augenhöhe! Schade!
