They were atentative and responded to all my emails but some questions vaguely, hesitant on releasing accident info.
I express and gave my approval to advance as I was waiting bank approval, on a Friday. Repeated my contact on a Monday to only get a response on Tuesday that it was sold. Also, the price was reduced by 1000€ on here online and they did not contact me, I only asked for a 300€ reduction to which they said no only 90€. No loyalty standards. I had been exchanging emails for 6 days. +3 I waited over the weekend to get a negative response.

Die Behandlung als Kunde ist schon gewöhnungsbedürftig. Nicht alle Autokäufer sind unzuverlässig oder Betrüger. Man wird behandelt als ob man was stehlen wollte. Also wohl fühlt man sich bei der Art Behandlung als Kunde nicht. Keine Hilfe nach der Suche von Lösungen, statt dessen beharrt man auf seine Standpunkte.
