They called back and replied to email
No photos for the vehicle and even I have called from the initial time of vehicle advertise asking for additional information (VIN, photos, etc) they said that it is reserved for somebody else. In fact I don't understand why they said that because the advertise is still active, vehicle is not sold and no other call back from them.even I said that my interest remains open so they can call back if vehicle will not be sold to the person that "reserved" it

Sehr freundliches Team Herr Rossberg hatte uns gut beraten und war immer hilfsbereit. Kauf,Finanzierung und Anmeldung konnte alles per Mail erledigt werden auch hier stand uns Herr Rossberg immer zur Seite. Bei der Abholung wurden wir auf Grund von Krankheit dann von Frau Konrad vertreten Auch bei ihr fühlten wir uns gut beraten,sie war stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden und können dieses Autohaus nur weiterempfehlen.
