I missed 50 EUR in cash, they was ok with that.

So difficult to get a dialog. No english language. Never answered E-mails, I should always call them. Not very helpfull with getting the payment in place. I feared for a long time that I travelled 2400 KM i total and would get home without a car. They answered 2 out of 15 text messages.They answered 0 out of 5 E-mails. I did not feel welcome when I arrived, mostly I felt like trouble for them.
