Was very happy with the communication and the service. Everything was prepared when I arrived and I got a detailed description how I get to the nearest station where he picked me up. After test driving the car I slept in a nearby hotel he organized for me until the money arrived the next day. In the meantime he even even cleaned the car again for me. I am extremely happy!

I found the car and e-mailed the dealer to call me. They did not - so I called them. We agreed I will buy the car – but was surprised I will be not allowed to test drive it - approach was if you want it you buy it. Still decided to go ahead and asked for bank details. I informed the dealer I will book my flight and hotel. As they did not send the bank details for a day I called again on Friday pm and talked to father [...] - dealership owner. He sent bank details late Friday. I transferred money on Monday am and send e-mail confirmation. Only to be informed my car was sold - by e-mail – no call, no explanation, no apology. I was concerned about my money – but as I exchanged exact amount from £ to € and my bank did not transfer funds as there was not enough for transfer fee. As I did not know this at that time I asked dealer to call me back and also to cover my travel costs ~ €700. Since than they stopped communicating. Check Google reviews of AM Maresch as well.

Dinge wurden klar und offen besprochen, Fahrzeug ist in Ordnung. Der Kauf ging schnell und angenehm über die Bühne. Musste Freitags durch einen Stau, trotz der Wartezeit war Herr Maresch Senior persönlich noch Vorort. Danke nochmals dafür!
