Bei der Übergabe gab es ein kleines logistisches Problem, da zu einem beruflichen Terminproblem für mich geführt hätte. Dieses Problem entstand jedoch nicht durch Herrn Nicol. Im Gegenteil, Herr Nicol, war ausgesprochen lösungsorientiert und hat mir binnen weniger Minuten eine super Lösung für das Problem vorschlagen können. Super Service!
