Herr Osterhoff war sehr freundlich und engagiert, hat sich sehr nett am Telefon und im Gespräch verhalten und die abwicklung des Kaufs war angenehm und einfach.
Auto nicht fertig am abgesprochenen Termin, dadurch sehr viele Umstände. Werkstatt war nicht fertig und damit nicht Zuverlässig. Außerdem doch teurer durch Zulassung, als vorher im Gespräch abgemacht. Hier vielleicht nächstes mal vorher absprechen, was dem Kunden angeboten wird!
