It was an excellent experience. We had never bought a car in Germany and we don't speak German, but the dealer was extremely helpful and friendly. We spoke in English and he helped us with all the documents, he explained every step of the process. We talked on the phone before going to Germany and he explained everything. The car was just like he presented it, it had no hidden defects. We were very happy with both the car and the dealer. We strongly reccomend him.
