The way they prepared the car. They have respected the agreements on-time and I am overall satisfied with the result.
The attitude of the salesman was quite inappropriate, slightly rude or arrogant. When signing the contract, I was told to sign very fast because there are other customers waiting outside. I was not given enough time to read the terms of the contract. This kind of pressure is not acceptable. The Salesman was unable to explain some of the conditions and clauses in the contract, saying that these are "legal terms" and should be discussed with a lawyer or a jurist.

Sehr freundlich und bemüht!!! Leider konnte ich mich wegen der Farbe nicht für das Auto entscheiden. Im Inserat standen zwei Farben. Bei genauerer Anfrage beim Verkäufer erhielt ich weitere Bilder und so wurde die tatsächliche Farbe geklärt.
