Communication was correct at first. As we were discussing the details about the car, salesman (L.A.) said that the car had some stone beats. I wanted to have a double check, so I requested him to take couple of close images. The car didn't have some stone beats. It had visible paint damages, crack and more than previously said (some of them sized as 2€ coin). At top of this, it was all dirty and it was difficult to see what is dirt and what is damaged part. I wanted to know if he could lower the price so I can repair it myself or they can repair it with no price discount. He was rude after my proposal, quoting, it is the used car and they don't do repairs! Sadly for the Kunzmann company, they lowered the price for 1200€, just couple of days after that. I don't think that the communication was professional for the Mercedes authorized dealer and that this could have gone a lot better for both sides.

Der Service ist richtig klasse gewesen. Es wurde auf meine individuellen Bedürfnisse eingegangen. Zusätzlich ist die Flexibilität hervorzuheben. Mein Zug hatte über 1 Std Verspätung, folglich erst nach Feierabend angekommen und trotzdem ausführlich beraten worden. Danke nochmals
