Very friendly and supportive!

Change of tires was winter and wanted summer plus all taxes, TUV and cost of self transportation outside Germany was making the overall deal too high to me. Just discovered, the price dropped about 500EUR ... If I got this discount when I was at dealers place earlier this month ... the car was going to be mine. :-)
