Sehr freundliches Gespräch, sowohl am Telefon als auch persönlich vor Ort. Man fühlt sich sofort wohl. Es war auch kein Problem, dass nach dem Kauf das Motorrad noch bis April beim Händler stehen soll.
Etwas chaotischer Umgang mir Kaufvertrag und Finanzierung. Ich habe trotz Kauf und zugesagter Finanzierung immer noch keine Rechnung für die zusammen mit dem Motorrad gekauften Zubehörteile bekommen.Das wird hoffentlich bei Abholung nachgeholt?
