Quick and short response time. Swift handling of technical inspection, sending of registration documents and availability of picking up the vehicle.
When I got to the dealer to test drive the vehicle I got stock in traffic and therefore arrived late on this day (no specific time of the appointment was set). The first reaction/ greeting when I arrived was „you are arriving quite late“. So the initial friendliness could be improved.

Bei einer ordentlichen Beschreibung des Motorrades und des Zustandes hätte ich mir die 200km Fahrt gespart. Serviceheft fehlte lt. Aussage des Verkäufers. Wie das? Ein andere Händler war verwundert, da das bei Guzzi seit Jahren ektronisch ist?
