Ich habe zweimal mit dem Händler telefoniert und wurde besonders im zweiten Telefonat hervorragend beraten.

Im ersten Telefonat fehlte ein wenig das spezifische Wissen zu den unterschiedlichen Ausstattungsvarianten.
