We were in negotiations for purchasing the vehicle, but we didn't sign any contract. When I inform the dealer that I'm not buying the vehicle, the dealer tried to manipulate with me by telling me that is impossible to terminate the purchasing and I must buy from him the vehicle. That is an inappropriate way to sell!

Das Angebot hat mir gefallen.

Ich habe den Kauf verbindlich zugesagt, vorbehaltlich, das die Angaben stimmen, und auch schon Karten für den Zug von Dresden nach Schweinfurt gebucht. Dann kam die Absage, das das Fahrzeug zwischenzeitlich verkauft wurde.

Schneller Rückruf, leider ging das Fahrzeug schneller vom Hof als es mir möglich war zur Besichtigung zu fahren. Ich wurde darauf aufmerksam gemacht und auch per WhatsApp auf ein weiteres Schnäppchen wurde hingewiesen. Ich werde diesen Händler beobachten denn die Fahrzeuge sind wohl Preis/Leistungsmässig so gut, dass diese eine äußerst kurze Verweildauer beim Händler haben.

Das die Angebote wirklich schnell weg waren. Aus Händler Sicht natürlich erfreulich, aus meiner eher nicht;-(
