Sehr freundlich, kompetent, kein Problem mit den erforderlichen Papiere für den Import nach Italien (Frau Kastner brauchte sicher etwas Gedult mit mir, da ich sehr viele Fragen bezüglich des Imports nach Italien hatte) , das Fahrzeug wurde von einer Spedition abgeholt, deren Fahrer hat mir auch nochmal bestätigt dass ihm beim Verladen (was sicher nicht ganz einfach war) super geholfen wurde.
It's the second time we are buying from this vendor ( we bought 4 trucks in total) and couldn't be more satisfied with the service. They are very professional, friendly and help you with everything.
